This prestigious private estate, accessed via stone driveway, has 2000 square metres of gardens and a lovely lawned area and is fully equipped, with 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and air conditioning.

The house is finished in a typical Menorcan style, with white walls, natural light in all areas and detailed rustic wooden beams. It has several relaxing lounge areas and a huge kitchen. The house has a covered pool with large doors which can be opened, a Turkish bath and jacuzzi. Outside there are several terraces with outdoor furniture.

In accordance with the Tourism Law 2/2016 passed by the Balearic islands government all guests over the age of 16 must pay a tourist tax, known as the `Ecotax, of 2.20€ (VAT included) per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay, the amount goes down to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax can be paid on arrival at reception in resort.
