This lovely partially stone clad house is set in well manicured gardens in the heart of Cala San Vicente with superb views to the surrounding mountains and famous cliffs of the Cavall Bernat.

Inside the house there is a very spacious open plan lounge dining area split into two levels where there is access to the two large terraces and garden. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with adjoining the laundry room. A passageway from the entrance leads to the bedrooms at the rear which comprises one double with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the garage and up to a mezzanine level that is not accessible.

The delightful gardens have lawned areas and a built-in barbecue under the trees. The lovely pool  is a good size(12 x 7 mts) and has a small waterfall feature.
