This well appointed three bedroom villa with priavte pool and excellent sea views is conveniently located on the San Jaime side of Son Bou.

The interior comprises a bright living-dining room, fully equipped functional kitchen, two spacious bathrooms, two twin bedrooms and a master double bedroom with TV and private balcony. The living-dining room and all the bedrooms enjoy air conditioning.

The outdoor spaces are divided into two areas, the upper terrace has a barbecue and outdoor furniture which is great for al fresco dining and from here some steps lead down to the lower pool area and surrounding terrace equipped with sun beds.

The property also has private parking.
