This very well appointed single storey villa is conveniently located along the main central avenue on the San Jaime side of Son Bou. The house has its own private swimming pool and gardens and offers some breathtaking views of the sea and Son Bou beach from the pool and roof terrace.

The villa has a modern well equipped kitchen and spacious air conditioned living-dining room with feature fireplace and large glass doors which provide a bright and airey aspect. The bedrooms comprise one double with ensuite and two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.

Outside, the large covered and uncovered terrace over looks the private pool and is an ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the evening sunsets. At the rear of the property the garage has been convereted into a games room with Pool Table.
