This magnificent villa with sea views, garden and private pool is located in the heart of the San Jaime area of Son Bou just a short walk from the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a 10-minute walk from the beach.
The property comprises a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, a pleasant and functional fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a pleasant master bedroom with its own en-suite. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in some bedrooms
Outside the large covered terrace has a barbecue area which provides alternative dining and a pleasant area to enjoy the peaceful and tranquil nights. The pool area with terrace is a great place to relax or sunbathe.
The house has private parking and a garden area.
