Villa Caroline is a newly constructed 4+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa decorated in a modern, minimalistic style. Laid out over a double plot close to the beach of Son Bou and offers space, comfort and sea views.

The property has a spacious living area, decorated in neutral tones with comfortable sofa, industrial wooden style coffee table, wicker and wood storage unit and large windows with access to a lovely terraced area with sea views. The beautiful kitchen is spacious and fitted with attractive wood units with cream marble worktops. There is a small dining table and chairs, offering an indoor seating area. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and crockery required for a self catering holiday including ceramic hob, oven, microwave and a large American style fridge-freezer. There is also a separate modern and functional laundry room.

There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a cot which can also have an extra bed added. All the bedrooms are decorated in neutral tones and minimalist furniture, light coloured floor tiles, light wooden wardrobes with internal hanging space and shelves. Externally there is a large terrace with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and enjoying the magnificent sunsets and sea views. From the villa steps provide access to the pool terrace. The pool has Roman step access and there is a large covered pergola to provide some shade There is also a BBQ area.

The villa is located a few meters from the main bars and restaurants of Son Bou, making it an ideal location in comfortable surroundings. There is off road parking too for one large or possibly two small cars
