Villa Camamilla is located in the upper part of the Torre Solí Nou area of Son Bou and enjoys a privileged location with fine views of the sea and Son Bou Beach from all the rooms.
The villa is on two levels, on the upper storey is the lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside, the upper section of the covered terrace has a barbecue area which offers an alternative dining area from which to dine al fresco and watch the sunset. On the lower level are the three bedrooms with direct acces to the pool terrace plus two bathrooms. Due to local licensing the villa is only available for four occupants.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living-dining room, guaranteeing a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
The pool terrace has wonderful views and enjoys a very sunny aspect.
