Jaume Ramona is an old Mallorcan house located in the Colonya Valley, surrounded by mountains and old olive fields and native Majorcan trees. The house is just under 3Km from Pollensa and runs along a narrow road that skirts various farms and manor houses.

The house has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, with special emphasis on conservation of the old traditional features such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, while the interiors now have a more current and modern character. Some of the most important improvements are the newly tiled floors, the renovated kitchen and bathrooms and the addition of a fifth bathroom. New lighting has also created a more modern ambience to the rooms.

The centre piece of the house is a spacious dining room with traditional walls with access to the fully equipped kitchen with the old fireplace (currently disabled) typical of old Mallorcan houses. From the dining room through an interior stone arch there is access to the ground floor double bedroom which is adjacent to a full bathroom. On this floor there is also a spacious leisure room with table football and large comfortable sofa with a chaise longue to enjoy movies on the 65-inch screen equipped with a wireless internet connection for viewing Amazon, Netflix or other platforms with personal login.

To the left of the main entrance is the staircase that leads to the upper floor where the other rooms are located. Two twins share a full bathroom and a further double with en-suite bathroom and two additional twin rooms which share another bathroom. Please note that some of the bedrooms can be configured into doubles or twins providing some flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. (Requested in advance)

Outside are spacious terraces to enjoy outdoor dining during the hot summer months or a few drinks in one of the two chill-out areas while enjoying the beautiful views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. On one side of the terrace is a covered barbecue area with a fridge. The terrace has also been expanded in the pool area to create more space for sunbeds and a Balinese day bed. The pool, which has Roman steps, has also been completely renovated and retiled.

There is also a newly restored fifth bathroom as well as a laundry room with racks to store bikes. The house has a free pool towels and Internet connection via Wi-Fi with several repeaters so internet connectivity is available in all rooms. For those who enjoy walking or cycling this an ideal property as it is possible to walk/ride directly onto the winding lane leading up to the mountains or access the road system easily for some great cycling around the area.
