Villa La Creveta is situated in a very pleasant countryside area of La Font below the backdrop of the Serra Tramuntana mountains and just a short drive from the beaches of Cala San Vicente and a few minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa. The original old part of this Mallorcan villa has been beautifully restored and renovated and a brand-new extension has been added to offer a stunning combination of old charm and new modern opulence, which blends together in a unique feel.

From the front terrace glass doors lead into the spacious open plan dining room which has unusual vaulted ceilings. To the right of the dining area is the spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, free Internet connection, Satellite TV and a DVD player. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open onto the covered side terrace where the barbecue and exterior dining table is situated. To the rear of the lounge, double doors lead onto the front terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is light and airy and has granite marble effect worktops and stylish cupboards providing a modern look. A feature window looks over the entire length of the house across to the pool area. From the kichen there is a pantry and a utility room with washing machine. A staircase from the dining area leads up to the sleeping accommodation, which has parquet flooring throughout. To the left of the stairs is the Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in dressing room. To the right of the stairs, a corridor leads down to a pretty single bedroom and a separate shower room. This is shared by a second double bedroom which has very spacious built in wardrobe and boasts its own private terrace with stunning views over the mountains and surrounding countryside. All bedrooms have air conditioning (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 07:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed).

The pool and spacious sun terraces are situated to the right of the villa and equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a poolside shower room with washing facilities and WC. Natural stone coloured tiles cover both the terrace and line the swimming pool which has wide Roman steps for easy access. The small lawned area is ideal for children to play on and to one side is a table tennis table. Within the grounds and to the front of the house there is a fenced pond and a further lawned area with citrus trees. The covered barbecue terrace is adjacent to the pool affording an ideal shaded area to relax, dine al fresco or just enjoy the essence of an outdoor Mediterranean lifestyle.
