Villa Marnes is a recently renovated three bedroom semi detached property which is very conveniently located in the San Jaime area of Son Bou. The villa is just 200 metres away from a commercial area with supermarket, restaurant and other services and 500 metres away from the main commercial area in Son Bou, with its large selection of restaurants, bars and shops and 100 metres beyond that the fantastic beach of Son Bou.

The property is laid out over two floors with two bedrooms on the first floor (road level), both with modern and open style en-suite shower rooms, large wardrobes, and both with spectacular sea views and access to the terrace shared by both bedrooms. On the lower floor, is the third bedroom a spacious lounge area has Smart TV with Internet access and IPTV box with a selection of international channels and two large sliding glass doors which provide access to the covered terrace, outdoor dining area and chill out zone with fantastic views of Son Bou beach. The modern and open style kitchen is fully equipped with dining area and arch leading into the lounge area.

In accordance with the Tourism Law 2/2016 passed by the Balearic islands government all guests over the age of 16 must pay a tourist tax, known as the `Ecotax, of 2.20€ (VAT included) per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay, the amount goes down to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax can be paid on arrival at reception in resort.
