This five bedroom Mediterranean style villa is located very close to the shopping centre and the beach of Son Bou and enjoys fine sea views.

The villa is divided into two levels with access from the upper floor where there is a large living room with air conditioning, fully equipped open kitchen and a single bedroom, toilet and a terrace that offers wonderful views of the beach of Son Bou. Downstairs there are four double bedrooms, one with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. The other three rooms are twin bedded with fans and share a full bathroom. All rooms have access to the terrace with sea views and the pool area equipped with furniture.
