This villa is built in classic Menorcan style and located within easy reach of the beach and resort centre. It has has wonderful sea views and isideal for those who do not wish to hire a car. The property has been upgraded over 2024 with new bathrooms, air conditioning in two bedrooms, new lighting, exterior furniture and fully decorated inside and out.
The property is built on two levels, the first floor houses a comfortable living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen, while the terrace provides the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the panoramic views. The lower level has four bedrooms, three of which have direct access to the terrace and two full bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a large lounge, fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom and upper terrace which offers magnificent views of Son Bou beach.
Descending the stairs to the lower floor, there are five bedrooms (one double, three twins and a small single/cot room) and two full bathrooms.Three of the bedrooms lead out onto the terrace and spacious pool area where there is also a built-in barbecue area.
Price Includes: Welcome Pack, Linen and towels, pool and garden maintenance. Resort Reception open 7 days a week.

In accordance with the Tourism Law 2/2016 passed by the Balearic islands government all guests over the age of 16 must pay a tourist tax, known as the `Ecotax, of 2.20€ (VAT included) per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay, the amount goes down to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax can be paid on arrival at reception in resort.
