This beautiful Mediterranean style villa is set in a priviledge position and enjoys spectacular views of Son Bou and the sea.

Divided into three floors, the main middle floor is dominated by a beautiful living room with an open plan kitchen and a separate utility room which leads out onto the outdoor dining terrace. This practical area is ideal for summer dining with its fixed awnings for shade and fine views. On the same floor there are two twin bedrooms, one situated off the hallway with a separate bathroom and the other is slightly larger and has an en suite bathroom with direct access to the terrace.

On the first floor above the living room are the two master bedrooms each with stunning sea views and terraces. The first master has a double bed and en suite. The second master also has a double bed and an en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. This room also has direct access to the terrace with equally beautiful sea views. All of the bedrooms in Villa Marisa have a TV, a hair dryer and independent air conditioning, also the two master rooms each have a safe.

The lower floor down at pool level has a fabulous terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a separate bathroom and another twin bedroom with en suite. This could be used as a guest room, a room for the nanny or a playroom for the children as it has a PlayStation or simply a quiet area to watch TV or read.

At the bottom of the garden beyond the end of the pool there is a mini outdoor play area to entertain the children, which is equipped with mini golf and a net for mini football, mini tennis, badminton etc. The exterior of the villa is surrounded by garden and flower beds and has steps from the main entrance straight down to the pool. Even though the villa is flat inside, it is not suitable for disabled guests in a wheelchair.
