Villa Prestige is one of pair of three storey, spectacular, modern and very well equipped villas located in the upper area of the San Jaime side of Son Bou. The size and location makes it ideal for large families or groups travelling together.

The villas have a large living room with a comfortable sofa and as enormous flatscreen TV which includes a USB connection, internet and a Playstation. The open plan kitchen/diner has all modern appliances and both areas are openly connected to a large partly covered terrace with table for dining, a relaxing area and of course spectacular views.

There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with ensuite. The fifth bedroom which is a twin is located on the lower swimming pool level and has a WC.

For bookings of 7 nights or more the price includes Special Welcome Pack, light Cleaning, towel and bed linen change every 4 days.
Optional Extras: Folding/Extra bed £135 per week, Cot (Including linen) and Highchair free of charge.
In accordance with the Tourism Law 2/2016 passed by the Balearic islands government all guests over the age of 16 must pay a tourist tax, known as the `Ecotax, of 2.20€ (VAT included) per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay, the amount goes down to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax can be paid on arrival at reception in resort.
