This classic Mediterranean villa is ideally situated in a convenient location on the exclusive Avenue Carrer Central just 600 metres from Son Bou beach.

Constructed over two floors the property comprises two double bedrooms on the first floor both with ensuite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms on the ground floor which share a bathroom. All rooms in the villa have independant air-conditioning and are spacious and comfortable. Also on the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/dining room with ceramic work tops, an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer plus useful appliances such as a juicer and coffee machine. Leading off from the kitchen is the spacious lounge with wide screen satelitte TV, WiFi and double doors which provide access the a large covered terrace and barbecue area. From the terrace which can be gated for added safety, three steps lead down to the private pool with walk in steps and handrail.

In accordance with the Tourism Law 2/2016 passed by the Balearic islands government all guests over the age of 16 must pay a tourist tax, known as the `Ecotax, of 2.20€ (VAT included) per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay, the amount goes down to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax can be paid on arrival at reception in resort.
