Villa Maitreya is a spacious six bedroom property with private pool in a central location in San Jaime. Just 500 metres from the beach, the property is finished to a high standard with excellent sea views.

The property caters for 12 guests in three suites with hydro massage showers and two suites with ensuite bath and master suite with private lounge and bathroom with jacuzzi. The designer kitchen features a range of appliances which include hob, oven, microwave with grill, dishwasher and large stainless steel American fridge freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker. The rear utility area house the washing machine and drying area. The lounge has luxurious brown leather sofas, modern works of art, coffee table, marble fireplace and a flat screen TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet, Nintendo Wii and Bluetooth speaker. Full height ceiling to floor sliding patio doors provide access to an enormous balcony with superb sea views.

Outside the open and arched covered terrace, with large wicker sofas with coffee table and a high quality patio table and six chairs, runs the length of the villa offering stunning views. Close to the pool area is an additional patio table and chairs with seating for six. The brick built barbecue, outdoor fridge and sink for food preparation provides a beautiful setting for alfresco dining. The 10 x 5 metre private pool has a jacuzzi end, water fountain, swim jet and electric cover. There is also an outside pool shower.
