Villa Leones is situated behind private gates in a quiet cul-de-sac on the hillside approximately 2000 metres from the beach, with excellent views over the resort towards the sea.It is typically Mediterranean in style with air conditioning and a practical and large open plan living space.

Entrance to the property is via doors into the large living area with the pantry kitchen and laundry area directly to the left and the open plan dining room with bow windows on the right and the cool TV lounge in front. The bedrooms lead on from the lounge area. The Master suite has a dressing room and bathroom with hydro massage bath and sea views. The remaining two bedrooms are orientated towards the rear looking over the gardens and patio. One twin room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and there is an additional independent bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have heat-air conditioning units.

The poolside area boasts large terraces with sea views and the covered terrace is equipped with terrace furnishings and an electrical sun canopy. The rectangular shaped 9 x 5 metre pool has a depth range of 1.90 metres in the deep end to 1.0 metre in the shallow end. To the rear of the villa there is a built in barbecue area. A pretty garden with shrubs and trees surround the property which have night time illumination to add to the ambiance and Mediterranean atmosphere.
