The property is well laid out and consists of a fully fitted kitchen and utility room which includes dishwasher and washing machine. The elegant lounge/dining area has French doors leading out onto the spacious terrace with sea views. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The bathroom is beautifully appointed and there is also a shower room and wc. On the top floor is a study room office/reading room with WiFi, TV, sea views and may be used as a bedroom for an extra guest.

The designer “L” shaped pool follows the contours of the property providing a rather unique design. The pool has a depth range of two metres in the deep end, with child’s fun diving board, and one metre in the shallow end surrounded by a lawned garden bordered by Menorcan plants and shrubs.
