This villa has its own drive in with steps leading up to the main poolside area and then an external stairway to reach the main living area.

The simple lounge/dining area is furnished in pine and has satellite TV and WiFi. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. To the rear of the villa there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom. To the front there is a south facing terrace overlooking the pool and sea which is equipped with summer dining furniture and a portable barbecue. The third bedroom is located in the annexe located on the ground floor and has an independent access. It comprises a double bedroom/ lounge and one shower room.

The 6 x 6 metre pool has a depth range of 0.85 metres in the shallow end to 1.7 metres in the deep end. Surrounding the pool are sunbathing terraces furnished with sun beds and sun umbrellas and an external shower.
