This popular semi detached villa with excellent views is very conveniently situated close to all the resorts' amenities and only 400 metres from Son Bou Beach.

This villa has its own drive in with steps leading up to the main poolside area and then an external stairway to reach the main living area.

The simple lounge/dining area is furnished in pine and has satellite TV and WiFi. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. To the rear of the villa there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom. To the front there is a south facing terrace overlooking the pool and sea which is equipped with summer dining furniture and a portable barbecue.
