This spacious and attractive south facing villa with superb sea views is situated 1600 metres from the beach and approximately 1400 metres from the nearest shops and restaurants.

The property is built on three floors, the two floors facing the main avenue are part of the main house, yet on the lower floor, which is more visible from the poolside area is a completely independent basement apartment lined with wood and decorated to a maritime theme. The front door of the main property opens into the middle hallway with steps leading to the main lounge and kitchen area with steps leading down to the sleeping quarters with an abundance of wood panelling. The attractive TV lounge has windows on three walls including large patio doors which open onto the grand 30sqm covered terrace. On this level also is the fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and a separate WC room.

Downstairs there are two bathrooms and four bedrooms, which although not large are comfortable.
