Built on one level with spacious terrace the villa comprises of a small hall opening onto a large well furnished sitting-room with TV and DVD and patio doors which lead to the terrace with sea views. The spacious fully equipped kitchen/diner also has doors opening onto the arched terrace with built in barbecue. The bedrooms comprise three twin bedded rooms with air conditioning (please note that the air conditioning operates on a timer and is available from 1pm until 4pm and from 7pm until 5am) which share two bathrooms.

From the covered terrace there are a few steps down to the rectangular pool with a depth range of 1 metre sloping to a 1.9 metre deep end. The poolside area is furnished with sunbeds and parasol. The terraced gardens are uncomplicated with a lawned area, border trees, hedges and gravelled areas with plants.
