• Reception service open daily from 0900 until 2200 where experienced bi-lingual staff are on hand to assist with car hire, money exchange, safety deposit boxes, taxi reservations and excursions. Arrangements may also be made for special celebration occasions such as flowers, champagne, cakes, fruit and restaurant reservations plus villa and apartment outside catering service.
• On departure - free shower and changing room facilities.
• In resort assistance - collecting and storage of baggage. Useful for late departures on the last day.

BALEARIC ISLANDS ECO TAX: According to the latest Law 2/2016, which was approved on 30^th March 2016 by the Balearic Islands Government, it is possible that if no changes occur, all visitors to the Islands over 16 years will be required to pay an additional charge of 1.10€ per day per person, plus VAT from 1st July 2016. This tax applies to all visitors booking tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

The tax will be invested in projects that include, the protection, preservation, modernisation and restoration of natural, rural, agricultural and marine environment, the restoration and reinstatement of historic and cultural heritage, scientific research projects, technological innovation and development and to improve bookings, training, the promotion of the island and the quality of employment out of season.
