Suite Las Vistas, Alta Mar (1 Bedroom) was a new addition to the premium range apartments a couple of years ago and continues into 2023. The accommodation is ideal for couples in search of something special which offers the freedom of a private property, combined with the cleaning and linen services of a hotel.

Suite Las Vistas Apartments offer a unique experience with a fresh and modern interior design and large terrace with outstanding views. The large living area has a flat screen (40") TV with international channels, Playstation games console and glass doors which proved access to the terrace. The master bedroom also has sea views, open style wardrobes and flat TV screen. The kitchen is open style with a bar-dining area and is fully equipped, including bottle rack, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Cleaning & towel change every 2 days and bed linen every 4 days.
In accordance with the Tourism Law 2/2016 passed by the Balearic islands government all guests over the age of 16 must pay a tourist tax, known as the `Ecotax, of 2.20€ (VAT included) per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay, the amount goes down to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax can be paid on arrival at reception in resort.
