Villas

The Royal Garden development consists of 28 elegant villas ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. Each villa is superbly decorated and finished to a very high standard with marble floors throughout. Spacious balconies, private gardens and the large terraces offer stunning views of the surrounding area, the golf course and the sea.

The villa terraces, with wonderful views,  also have a private solar heated swimming pool. Some properties also offer the added facility of a private splash pool on an upper balcony. Inside, the villas are air conditioned and the fully equipped kitchens offer a range of excellent facilities including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a washing machine. The living rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished and include a host of entertainment equipment including a Plasma TV, DVD player and a music centre. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.

Royal & Imperial Villas - Four 3 bedroom duplex style villas.
Private pool and also have a plunge pool on the upper terrace. Maximum occupancy 6 adults.

Princess & Majestic Villas - Twelve 2 Bedroom villas.
The Majestic Villas are duplex style and in addition to the private pool also have a splash pool on the upper terrace. The Princess Villas are built on one level and some have an exterior shower in addition to their normal bathroom facilities. Maximum occupancy 4 adults.

Duchess & Grand Duchess Villas -  Eleven 1 Bedroom villas.
The Grand Duchess has a larger floor area, terrace and pool space.
Maximum occupancy 2 adults.

Restaurant/Dining & Breakfast
The Royal Garden development has its own restaurant which offers buffet breakfast and an A la carte dinner. The restaurant's menu offers a rich variety of cuisine to suit every palate. Guests occupying the 2 and 3 bedroom properties are also able to employ the services of a private chef who will prepare a delicious meal in the villa. This service is payable locally.

Health, Beauty & Fitness
The Royal Garden Villas Spa and Beauty centre, The Golden Pond, offers a wide choice of relaxing facial and body treatments. The Spa provides water therapy, a steam bath, Hydro and toning pool, relaxation room, Jacuzzi and therapeutic showers. For the more energetic there is a well equipped gymnasium and a squash court. The Spa circuit is free of charge although treatments are payable locally. The Spa treatments may be enjoyed in either the Spa or some of treatments are available in the comfort of the villas. (currently Hairdressing only)
