These well appointed single-storey semi-detached houses are situated on the Las Pergolas III development on the outskirts of Corralejo close to the edge of the Dunes of the National Park. The properties consist of an open-plan lounge/dining with a three-seater and two seater settee, two easy chairs and a dining table and chairs, satellite TV, DVD player and a CD mini-system. Patio doors provide access to the terrace. The separate kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The bedrooms comprise two twins which share a bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet, bidet and hand washbasin. The master bedroom has twin beds side-by-side (with a double headboard) and fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and twin hand washbasins. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito netting on the windows. Outside, the private swimming pool measures approximately 6 x 3 metres which is electrically heated between November and April for which there is an obligatory additional charge. The pool has Roman steps and a poolside shower. There are also sunloungers, a sun umbrella, a built-in barbecue and a table and chairs for dining al fresco and a roof-top sunbathing terrace. The villas are fitted with intruder alarms and wall safes and private car parking is available in front of each villa.
