Villas Las Margaritas
These well furnished semi-detached houses are situated toward the outskirts of Corralejo not far from the edge of the Dunes of Corralejo. The properties consist of an open-plan lounge/dining room with a three-seater settee, an easy chair and a dining table and four chairs, satellite TV, DVD player and a mini-system with a CD, tape and tuner. Doors from the lounge provide access to a patio, equipped with a table and four chairs, overlooking the swimming pool terrace. The separate kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, a full oven, microwave cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The outside utility area houses the washing machine and an iron and ironing board are also provided. Upstairs, one bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a small balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the windows are also fitted with mosquito netting. The large bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and twin hand washbasins. There is also a shower, toilet and hand washbasin are on the ground floor. Each villa has a private swimming pool which measures approximately 6.5 x 3.5 metres and is electrically heated between November and April for which there is an additional charge. The swimming pool terrace is equipped with four sunloungers, a sun umbrella and barbecue.
